Why you need a Property Due Diligence Survey
A Due Diligence Survey is a survey that is taken to establish the risks if any that your properties may be subjected do. The survey can help you manage your risks as follows:-
- Manage your statutory obligations: – with the new county administrations, land rates will start being levied on properties that traditionally did not attract land rates. What are the land rates or land rent obligations on your property?
- Return on investment: what is your current rate of return on investment on your properties? How does it compare to conventional investment instruments such as the shares or treasury bonds? We have to calculate this for you

A search update and a Survey map will go a long way in advising you, whether your ownership interests in the property is still protected.
- Protected Tenancies: – What is the possibility that a tenant in any of your properties falls into the threshold of legal protection. There are cases where you cannot deal with certain tenants without going through a government tribunal. Many of the tenants are increasingly becoming aware of their legal rights.
