Has previously worked as the Executive Director of NW Realite Limited and is the East African Representative of PARSIDS (The Pan African Real Estate Stake Holders Forum). He holds a MBA (Finance and Strategic Management) from Daystar University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Land Economics) from Nairobi University in 2000. Mr. Charles Mwangi has spoken frequently on the subject of real estate and finance in seminars and conventions within East Africa as well as in print media and television. He is a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya and has over 14 years experience in valuation and real estate management and agency practice.

Holds a MA (Construction Management) and a BA (Land Economics) from the University of Nairobi. She is a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya and has previously worked in the Ministry of Housing as the Chief Estates Management Officer, Planning and Inspectorate Section. She has over 10 years experience in valuation and real estate management and agency practice and is a registered practicing estate agent under the Estate Agents Registration Board.
